Tips for You with Your Team:
- Prep for next semester NOW - strategic thinking and planning. Plan with your staff team for the second semester -- Bible study, NavNite activities, evangelism, M2M, surveys, etc.
- Mobilize others to initiate and lead.
- Decide what, how, and to whom to delegate.
Tips for at Home:
- Send an End of the Year Appeal Letter by Nov 30th.
- Reflect over the good things God has done already this far in the school year.
- If married and if you have kids, love your wife and children well during break.
